How to set sort sortable order direction by column?

Hi there, I was wondering how I can set the default sort order of a specific column. Some columns should sort by asc on first click, others by desc.

For example:

            Column::make('Foo', 'foo.results')
                ->sortable(function(Builder $query, $direction) {
                    return $query->orderBy(
                        Foo::select('results')
                            ->whereColumn('bar.id', 'foo.bar_id'),
                        $direction
                    );
                }),

Ps. I am using v1, but would love to know how I could accomplish this in v1 and v2 as I'd also like to migrate in the near future. Preferably I'd want to prevent editting the $direction variable but change the default param order in the link on the frontend.
