Hi,
Now I am trying to use hierarchical-hotnet, while I find that it has not been updated for several years, and some codes are deprecated in the latest package(such as network 3 and python 3.9). It's hard for us to degrade them because a lot of pipelines depends on network3 and python 3.9. Do you plan to release a latest version hotnet ?
