One of the things that I miss the most about the Windows 10 start menu was making "groups" that weren't folders, as pictured here:

The naming of the groups isn't really important to me, but might be to others.

This might also come with being able to place the "tiles" anywhere in the start menu, but if that's a ton of extra work then nevermind
