I've noticed that when I apply the Mica effect to controls using the styling guide, it works initially. However, after restarting my laptop, the effect sometimes appears and sometimes doesn't. It remains transparent instead. This inconsistency is also observed with other mods like Windows 11 Notification Center Styler and Windows 11 Taskbar Styler.
Steps to reproduce:
Apply the Mica effect to a control using the styling guide.
Restart the laptop.
Observe the control's appearance:
Sometimes the Mica effect is applied correctly.
Sometimes the control remains transparent.
