This would be great, an alternative to StartAllBack's (almost) uniform dark mode.

Not sure how feasible it is though, as far as I know win32 dark mode is largely undocumented. The "Dark Mode for Notepad" mod shows that it is possible, at least on a per-app basis, so who knows.
