I am using Win11 Start Menu Styler with the SideBySideMinimal theme. Each time I reboot into Windows, when I open the Start Menu, the "All apps" list is populated only up to the letter B, that is, those visible right away without scrolling. If I try scrolling to see the rest of the list, I find it empty.
Restarting Windhawk solves the problem and everything works properly, all of the apps are shown.
Unfortunately, this forces me to open and restart Windhawk every time I turn on the computer.

Mods also in use at the same time if there is a conflict:
Taskbar auto-hide when maximized
Click on empty taskbar space
Modernize Folder Picker Dialog
Taskbar height and icon size
Taskbar Scroll Actions
I was able to reproduce the problem, and I implemented a workaround which hopefully fixes the issue. It will be included in the next version of the mod.
To try it, disable the existing mod, then click the bottom right button to create a new mod, replace the code with the test mod code, click "Compile Mod", then "Exit Editing Mode".
