Rather than having one PR for develop and main with exactly the same title, ideally we would either put (develop) / (main) in the title like Renovate does on the front end, or else if that's not possible I think we can put labels on them.

This is not possible at present without using a workflow to detect and update them, our options are either to use labels or Renovate.
