Trying to install new Octave "pkg signal"

Hello , I am running an octave file , that needs to have installed some functions that are available in pkg signal.

I tried to emerge g-octave , to be able to solve it , but it just give errors,

pentoo@pentoo /var/lib/g-octave $ sudo g-octave --version
g-octave 0.4.1

pentoo@pentoo /var/lib/g-octave $ sudo g-octave --list
