Error page not found in windows #10

we are tried on windows OS with xampp
it shows http://localhost/php-apache2-basic-auth-manager/web first page ok without error
but when click on add user or add group is shows the error

url:http://localhost/php-apache2-basic-auth-manager/web/user/add

Object not found!
