Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-738.
We need a more consistent approach to displaying ICE points:
Currently, different code is used to display ICE points in different places. It would be best to have a single standard component for displaying each ICE circle at a variety of sizes.
Sometimes, the circles are ovals. This is bad.
Sometimes, the full number of points is displayed, other times it is capped at 100. We should always cap at 100, and provide an explanation for why we do this. (Basically, we don't want to create an "arms race" of students trying to achieve a ridiculous number of points.)
