This will probably result in a new repo if/when fully implemented. This ticket is to sort out what it will take, and create new tickets/repos if necessary.
When a club processes, ping the facilitator on Slack for details about the meeting. This could potentially be handled via a conversation, or possibly via an app (the more I think about it, it might be neat to do it purely in Slack, no new repo required, although the first bullet might make more sense in an app.
Download the list of participants from Zoom. Ask the facilitator to help match them to Slack accounts if we don't already know who that person is.
Confirm that the meeting happened (this should probably be first).
Verify who led the discussion. Keep in mind that there might be more than one presenter/chapter. Let them know that they should answer with a single person, and we'll ask about anybody else later.
Ask what that person presented. Probably match to an official list if possible.
Ask if anybody else presented (and then repeat those questions), until they say no.
Use this info to tag the video. That way we don't need to rely on reading a potentially out-of-date spreadsheet.
Ideally, though, update the schedule for next week, so we can ping the channel later.
Part of the purpose here is to associate Zoom info with Slack info, so we can give people "credit" for attending/presenting.
