A number of tasks that need to be done once all of the functions are completed:

flow chart diagram of how functions interact
create vignette
make sure every function has information written using roxygen code
add test data set, use testthat package to make sure code works
devtools::check() passes
ensure all packages external to atlantisom are listed in Imports in the DESCRIPTION file
each function must use @importFrom or :: to reference functions from packages listed in the Imports section of the DESCRIPTION file.
