The main criteria for nf-quilt 1.0 is:

A stable release (at least 0.1.0 in Maven) of QulltCore-Java, including workflow support.
Revamped README
1. Write to README_NF_QUILT.md instead
2. Use Laura's formatting
Smarter quilt_summarize.json
1. Top level (only): md, html, pdf, csv, tsv
2. multiqc sub-folder HTML
