The attempt at dynamically deriving and making new releases available via the github release no longer flies and must be re-worked. The provided "latest" tracker redirections are tempting but awkward and also preclude getting non-current versions.

An RSS feed is available for the sourceforge releases though, so I'm trying to bash-mash that into a working re-write that is still dynamic.
