Die Funktion \question_bank::load_question von Moodle hat als Argument $allowshuffle, das in Quizzes entsprechend der Einstellung unter Question behaviour -> Shuffle within questions gesetzt wird.

Leider wird die Information ziemlich hacky hinterlegt (ich hätte es in den question_display_options erwartet), aber wir sollten es trotzdem in der UI-Transformation berücksichtigen.
