Let us restart mysql and not loose our Quepid configurations...

I need Quepid for my lightening talk, guess what, Mysql stopped again. and restart doesn't preserve volumes...

The next time MySQL stops, I'll test restarting it to make sure data persists. If that looks good, I'll tweak Docker to autorestart mysql ;-). I know... it's a bandaid solution..
