install problem

Some of the golang library files are blocked.

example:
golang.org/x/crypto/...

I am also facing the issue in installation.
when I run the command go get -u github.com/qtumproject/solar/cli/solar
there is nothing shown on the terminal for a while and then it gets ready for the next command to be input. But when I enter the command ''$ solar deploy MyContract.sol'', then it shows that command solar not found, did you mean:........

Can anyone help out in this issue?
