What is the bug or the crash?

I download Qgis 2.14 and wanted to use GFA tools plugin. It was Connected. One day, on plugin setting the status is unavailable. I tried reload all repositories but still unavailable.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to Plugins -> Manage and Install Plugins -> Setting -> on "QGIS Official Plugins Repository" the status is unavailable

Versions

Qgis 2.14.22 Essen

Supported QGIS version

  • I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.

Qgis 2.14.22 Essen

Way too old, use a supported version : 3.16.11 or 3.20.3

I need to use this version because GFA plugin only available in this version. I already tried download version 3.16 and 2.18 but both of them cannot use GFA plugin.

Ask plugin's developers : https://github.com/HydroLAB-UNIBAS/GFA-Geomorphic-Flood-Area/issues
(Work on QGIS3 version initialized : HydroLAB-UNIBAS/GFA-Geomorphic-Flood-Area#9)

You can try to modify the URL to https or check your proxy config.
URL displayed works correctly : https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml?qgis=2.14
