Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently all JVM specific files are included into the common_files folder. However, some of them are JVM specific and should not be included for e.g. R templates.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add support for multiple common files folders. There should e.g. be a JVM_common folder.
