Multiple editors for same text

Hi, how easy (ha!) would it be to add the functionality to support multiple editors looking at the same file?

As an example, in Delphi if you go to the view menu, you can select 'New Edit Window', this opens a new edit window, but editing the same text, so a change in one is reflected in the other editor.

I've hacked something together that on a change in one SynEdit component it updates another's text property, but that causes the control to flicker when updated (understandably), this doesn't happen in the IDE when you make a change.

This is already implemented (long time ago).
Have a look at SynEdit.SetLinesPointer. It can hook the contents of a SynEdit to that of another one. Changes are synchronized.
