Basic basic multilingual management

Pitch & feature description

To date, the platform is only available in French.

We would like to move to multilingual management and achieve a simple initial functionality, even if we have to develop it later. We need to provide a Spanish/Chilean platform in the near future.

The idea would be to have a language selection button at the top right of the main page (see the red circle in the screenshot below).

By clicking selecting the language, it would change all the text to the targeted langage.

Basic Suggestion

Create a file containing the different texts according to language, and target the text to be displayed according to the language selected.

PS: The default image text is currently in French. You could possibly override this in V1 or, if it's easy, change the loaded image depending on the language (surely a more relevant and simpler approach)
