Sorting by indicators is not possible; difficult to check for consistency across indicators #210

@markbrough , @shreyabasu - please add description of what this is supposed to look like

e.g., "for each indicator" (?in group?), "do something like the reports in /x/y/z/GB-1/foo"

indicator comparison view

@markbrough Does this mean: for a given indicator, show me how each organisation performed?

Or something else?
