Opera 15+ support

Many of the demos fail to function correctly or at all on the current and future versions of Opera because Blink appears to lack WebRTC getUserMedia support.

As an example QRY simply tells me there's no support and does nothing. Anyone running the recent versions of Opera is unable to "see the shiny."

Fails on both 15.0.1147.153 and 16.0.1196.45, OS X 10.8.4.

Opera 15 doesn't have gUM support. It's coming in Opera 17 http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/2013/08/14/opera-developer-update (not O16 as I earlier stated, incorrectly)
