Browser Support Info Update

When a browser is used that does not support one of the required features, the panel will show:

"This demo works on [opera browsers] and [these browsers].

[opera browsers]: This snippet will be specified in config.yaml per demo

[these browsers]: This will be a list of browsers OTHER THAN OPERA that support these features (by referencing all features required for each demo) from api.html5please.com (using noagent option).
