🐛 [BUG] - [BUMP SDK IN DAPP] Increase bg blur when group/chat is encrypted

Expected Behaviour

When a group/chat is encrypted, make the bg blur more blurry because some larger gifs and images are legible

Current Behaviour

When a group/chat is encrypted, the blur is not blurry enough

Reproduction steps

1. Go to app.push.org and select Chats on the sidebar
2. Click on Connect Wallet, and unlock Profile to access the chats 
3. Scroll down to any encrypted chat or Convo to reproduce issue
