Make bookmarks more visible, and restore email/print/cite options #252

From Fernando:

At the moment, one needs to click on the "User" option near the top right of the page to reveal bookmarks. Could we make the bookmarks link more visible? We should also restore the option to email bookmarked items and perhaps add options such as print and cite.
