No activity after porting pi.alert

Last month I moved both pihole and pi.alert from a raspberry pi to an IBM Thinkcentre server.
I performed a fresh install of both pihole and pi.alert and then copied the pihole and pi.alert database files to the new server.
pihole appears to work fine, however, pi.alert has not registered any new activity since the install. Looking at the presence tab, I see l all previous presence detection status prior to the move but all device status since then remains in a static state. The device tab shows stale data for all devices and does not detect any new devices.
My reason for copying the databases was to avoid having to re-enter all of the devices descriptions and settings.
Any Ideas on what went wrong?
