Enable deb-update-reprepro-repository to drop content

The command needs to retrieve package dataset content in order to be able to hand it over to reprepro. Over time this would result in accumulation of storage requirement. Either there is an option to have the command to the cleanup, or the docs should be clear about this and suggest a command to be executed by a user at intervals they consider sensible.
