Not able to get this to work in Piwigo bootstrap themes

I have been testing this on two piwigo sites for some time now and I am not able to get it to work.
Since it is the most recently updated captcha I fie this issue hoping for a solution.

I think that it could be related the selected themes, but I swap themes based on Bootstrap with out getting this to work. It does work on Modus.
