Plover 4.0.0rc2 stroke failure #28

when using 23*9 to toggle, the following error in Plover 4.0.0rc2:

ERROR: engine on_stroked failed
KeyError: 'fancytext_set'

Enabling the plugin under Configure/Plugins fixed the issue for me
