Yealink v70 packages and module 14.x

Of all the profiles the yealink v70s seem to crash the freepbx oss endpoint module 14.03 and partially install (they get up to the t27 and stop during the crash)
(I also know that the v70 info is for older phones than the current generation but will work for similarly sized phones of the newer generation)

I can pull more info from the crash screen if needed.
