Implement Grafana dashboard and alerts with monitoring mixin

We've recently added some alerts + dashboards to the Prometheus project (see prometheus-mixin). Those so-called mixins are based on jsonnet files that generate YAML files. It would be great if someone could step up and implement the same for consul_exporter.

Hi there

Any progress on this ? Hashicorp have been releasing their own dashboard to go along with the agent own metrics, it feels really missing for this exporter.
