This adds a periodic share dialog, which pops up when the following conditions are met: - The app was installed >=1 day ago - The app has been launched more than three times since installation - More than 3 days have passed since the last time the "remind me later" button was clicked This also adds a manual sharing feature accessible from the dropdown.

This commit adds a periodic share dialog, which pops up when the following conditions are met:

This should resolve #18.
