Properly manage people

When information about team individuals comes from different tools, it should be unified.
E.g. feature owner may come from sprintly or github, in different formats, which may make the viewing of a list of features confusing. User information may be consolidated by using the email, but that is not a proper field to display in feature lists.

We need a way to get a unified list of people, with data aggregated from various sources. This would make it easy to filter for team members, have a team view, person view, etc.
