Description

When clicking on the "Скачать каталог" button, the catalog file download does not start

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open catalog page
  2. Click on "Скачать каталог" button

Actual result

The same page has been opened and loaded in a new tab. File download has not started because "href" attribute have incorrect link

Expected result

File download has been started.
