This is the development repository for galaxy tools developed in the ARTbio platform at the UPMC. Tools are installed on https://mississippi.snv.jussieu.fr and downloadable through the galaxy toolshed. This repository is automatically linted by Travis CI. Changes should be proposed via Pull Requests.
