Lost connection

I have created the server in docker.
I've added the server.cfg file.
The ports are set up correctly.
People can join the server.
But when we move a bit in the area, it kicks everyone off the server.
What could be causing this?

I'm not sure what info will you need....
The machine is an Orange pi 5
SO: ARMBIAN
Disk: NVME SSD
