[BUG] Many things in cosmic panel isnt clickable

i gave the example screenshots below. they are all neither accept mouse click nor hovering with tab .

"connect" and "cancel" buttons arent clickable. i just had able to connect with pressing enter. Otherwise i'll not be able to report this issue.

here "sound settings" isnt clickable.

"power and battery options" , too

here is , a bit complicated. i can click on icon and it's strips. but below the text's field (and strips) isnt clickable.

if there is an option to show cursor in cosmic screenshot, it will be easier to describe but, i hope you understand.
