Feature description

1. Add Pop-up and background in case...
2. Resume where you left off if you pause and exit the player, just like MX PLAYER starting interface after selecting(open) a video...

Why do you want this feature?

With pop-up in the local player we will be able to watch downloaded video with silent skip and sponcerblock....
It'll be more useful if newpipe SB will have Remember last played position (just like any vid player, eg mx player)

Why ist the feature relevant to this fork?

Local player will be more functional just like regular video playback...
