"Previous on Playlist" fails if the video has leading SponsorBlock segments

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-uvuSzGEIM on a playlist
2. Start playing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-uvuSzGEIM video
3. Try to go to the previous video

Expected behavior

Pressing "previous" when less than x sec (5?) have played, moves to the previous song

Actual behavior

There's no way (maybe almost) to go to the previous video. The x sec delay is most probably counted from the video timestamp, not the actual playback time.
