Eigenlayer is now supporting op-stack v1.7.2 which supersedes our version support. I'm planning to merge their branch into ours and see if our small patches still work.
Due to the difficulty in trying to track and reconcile upstream Optimism and EigenDA opstack repos I created a separate fork from Eigenlayer's opstack fork here: https://github.com/polymerdao/optimism-eigenda
I then merged only our changes in our optimism-dev repo polymer-develop branch into a polymer-develop branch in the new repo and am creating our new opstack images off of that.
So we are now in a situation where I expect Eigenlayer to maintain Opstack support and we will simply follow eigenda's upstream repo.
If we need to we can still merge from official Optimism opstack into either our optimism-eigenda fork OR our optimism-dev fork.
op-node/op-proposer/op-batcher/op-challenger now have v1.7.2-polymer-eigenda-0.6.1 available (OPStack v1.7.2 and EigenDA v0.6.1)
A new EigenDA client version is available (see here). This is required to support the new disperserAPI and upgrades for Holesky support.
