Update monogen testapp to exclude info that isn't Monomer specific #253

There's a few items that are generated with monogen that shouldn't be included in the generated testapp. We should go through the generated files and clean up any generated code or comments that aren't relevant.

One specific item to update is the generated README - we should either remove it or only include Monomer specific information.
