Y-axis labels horizontal bar charts

Y-axis labels which show the rank number instead of showing it in a legend by colour (especially with larger datasets this could lead to confusion due to similar or identical colouring).

This can be solved manually in excel by just adding the axis labels to the plot via formatting options.

Couldn't figure out the opepyxl way yet.

Applies to stacked bar charts and database comparison bar chart.
