Describe the feature you'd like to request

At the moment we see a review of a created campaign application request AFTER sending the request.

This way the user already gets an email notification when they are at the last screen of the campaign application request (the review).

The organizer user can't go back and edit at that point

Describe the solution you'd like

The expected behaviour would be to see a review screen BEFORE sending the request.

The goal is to have a review BEFORE sending the request as well. This way a user can review the information they input and can take action like go back to the wizard (stepper) page and correct the information if they so choose

This feature does not need to remove the review screen that is currently there - just add a review before that.

(they can do that now but via the edit campaign application functionality)
