Muc history / MAM loading issues

Sometime it seems to get stuck with an older version of the channel history from the browser storage and doesn't update it.

This is a long standing issue which I don't know how to solve properly.

My original plan was to include this plugin in the latest release:
https://github.com/conversejs/community-plugins/tree/master/packages/toolbar-utilities

Which allows to force reload the history, but for some reason plugins fail to load from the new "packages" location that was introduced in Conversejs 7.x
