Hi,

Please refer to the screenshot for the whiteboard loading error.

Screen Shot 2020-05-20 at 12 14 34 PM

I connected Aliyun OSS with Netless for the document to image service.

I'm guessing there is a missing parameter for a variable in the .env file - REACT_APP_YOUR_BACKEND_WHITEBOARD_API=https://api.agora.io/edu/v1/apps/%app_id%/room/%room_id%/board

I might be wrong. Please help. Terminal console log attached.

Terminal Saved Output.log

Did you get any error log in your web console?

It seems like network problem, I m already contact netless developer, you can provider your netless developer account and mail to [email protected], they will help u track this connect reason.

@Matrixbirds it's 100% not a network problem because it works when I run it on Incognito.

Cleared cache and tried too so it's not that.

You mean it works well in Chrome Incognito mode? Did u have some extensions e.g. request blocker or other things caused this behaviour?

If you r using chrome, My suggestion is use chrome://net-export to do profiling with your page's behaviour. @akshatvg

@Matrixbirds the issue is resolved for me. It was in continuous loading due to an ad-blocker I use.
