I suggest raising the minimum PHP version and starting adding native type hints.

Resolves #89

Thanks, that should indeed be the plan. I believe it should be PHP 8.2, and it'll need a major version increase, and it's something we'll want to use in the CLI - platformsh/legacy-cli#1506
