Follow and relay counts are slow to display #1667

Describe the bug

Browsing the profiles of people outside your network often shows 0 in the following and relays sections.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Delete and reinstall Nos
  2. Tap around on profiles of people you don't follow (I look for mentions or reposts of people you don't recognize)

Expected behavior

The "following" and "relays" counts update within a couple seconds on a good internet connection.
