Deal with events service queue size #84

In the last few days we had a surge of items in the events service queue so I'm changing some values from the relay config and adding more related metrics to the events service grafana dashboard

I added planetary-social/ansible-scripts#83 to relay.nos.social and it's waiting for CR
I already merged #83 to the events service

The queue is healthy now. I will reopen this issue to track the problem if problems are back
