feat[pipeline]: Adding Stealth/Startups that don't exist to be selected

Proposed feature:

• If someone has worked at a startup/small company and wants to put it on the pipeline, it should give them the option to choose the company
• If someone has worked at a stealth startup, same optionality, however it would show Stealth

maybe, we can support a workflow where people with exp. @ companies we don't have data on..can add it themselves!

• the issue with this is, of course, is moderation and preventing malicious content.

How come you aren’t able to dump company names in your database? Or have you guys found an API that can do it for you like you have for schools? Other wise, let the users go through a form to request for their company to get added by admins.

Good question! I don't actually know, but regarding adding companies through a form - I agree. We have a dashboard where we're able to do this, but it's completely manual. I wonder if there's an API that can serve company data.
